
Her purpose is to interpret children’s (and inner children’s) needs and feelings and empower them to find their individual voices and to express their unique gifts. She specialize in supporting neurodivergent and gifted kids and their families. Her work is to normalize stress and identify the root causes of tricky and troubling behavior. She work in tandem with other therapists to provide families and children robust psycho-educational support and healing for the whole family. She also works in collaboration with schools and organizations facilitating community training, workshops, professional development, restructuring and emotional support; as well as an advocate and family/school liaison and IEP support specialist for sensitive and gifted kids.
She is the first TEACH through Love certified conscious parent educator and coach, a certified Inner Child Journey and Resilient Heart trauma sensitive practitioner, long time progressive educator turned consultant and speaker, an LGBTQ youth ally, and fierce advocate of children’s rights. She is a self proclaimed emotional interpreter, content creator and group facilitator. She works with schools, families, organizations and in tandem with therapists. She is a mom of 2 kids, 15 and 21.
She offers in-person and on-line group courses and workshops for parents, educators, caregivers & therapists. I work one on one with clients in-office, on -line and in-home, I also provide on-site training to schools and organizations.
She teaches caring adults how to identify what drives behavior and decipher and decode troubling and confusing behaviors and build compassionate communication skills and regulation tools that sustain relationships without punitive measures. I am focused on interpretation of core stored emotions and core developmental needs, somatic regulation techniques, healthy boundaries and relationship repair for our important relationships.
